Radio 2’s flagship annual live event took place in London’s famous Hyde Park again this year, and Made Up provided its extensive creative production.
For 2019 the BBC put an additional focus on the experiential environment, with a ‘country garden’ floral theme extended across the site.
The live music team created a unique stage header for the event, that wrapped all the way around the mouth of the BBC’s huge main festival stage.
Our design and workshop teams built broadcast areas, backstage breakout zones, floral photo backdrops and bespoke branding pieces especially for the occasion.
The recycled ‘pallet walls’ our workshop created for the BBC Introducing and BBC Sounds sub-brands provided ample shade in London’s ‘Indian summer’ sunshine.
