Hanbury, a historical country hotel, provided a fantastic foundation for Pernod Ricard’s 2016 Christmas media lunch. But plenty more was needed to make a pleasing venue fully operable.
Made Up’s production team dressed the space impeccably, warming the surroundings up with drapes and soft furnishings in a traditional Yuletide theme.
But the production was hardly cosmetic. We ensured there were areas and fittings that lent themselves perfectly to social media interactions. These were streamed to projectors around the venue, and got everyone into the holiday spirit.
Behind the scenes we made sure catering had enough power, as the hotel only drew electricity from the domestic grid.
