Designing and building Monkey 47 gin’s tasting experience at the London Cocktail Week hub in Spitalfields Market required a adaptable skillset, an avid imagination, plus expert knowledge of Victorian antiques markets, where our team sourced unique objects from apothecary spoons to hunting trophies.
The immersive space included a working ferris wheel delivering ingenious flavourings to intrigued festival-goers.
