Made Up were brought on to event and production manage the London leg of Kaspersky Lab’s international press tour showcasing their latest products in security solutions. With over 70 delegates coming in from around the world, and who are well-known and influential within the industry, we were challenged with bringing something unique and extra special to the 2 day conference.
The concept of the conference was ‘Going Underground’ and we created a completely bespoke production design that supported this. A focal point of the conference was the custom-built stage set which was 4m high and designed to fit perfectly within the venue, Shoreditch Studios. The set could also accommodate rear projection for presentations and videos and we also brought in all other production elements, such as, lighting, sound and a live Twitter Feed.
The unique touch to this conference was the bespoke graffiti wall which our artist spent a whole day creating. The artwork reinforced the products ability to protect users and prevent hackers and was a popular talking point and photo opportunity for delegates throughout the conference.
Additionally, no conference would be complete without a cocktail party and gala dinner where we not only managed the production but also the venue sourcing, catering and entertainment. Overall, the 2 day conference educated the guests about the product and everyone had a great time in the process!
